The Experimental Aircraft Association has taken over the operation of IMC Club International and will be responsible for its programs and products, including resources for new and improved program offerings that will “enhance and expand the impact of the IMC concept.” As part of this transition, all IMC Club members will automatically become EAA members for one year without cost.

IMC Club International was organized in 2010 for the purpose of establishing chapters around the globe to provide organized monthly “hangar flying” sessions focusing on building instrument flying proficiency through the sharing of real-world scenarios. There are currently 116 chapters worldwide.
