Lufthansa Technik AG and Middle Eastern charter company Royal Jet recently signed an agreement for the completion of two Boeing 737-700 BBJs, the companies announced today in Dubai. Plans call for completion of the two projects at Lufthansa Technik’s VIP &  Executive Jet Solutions site in Hamburg, Germany, and redelivery in the third and fourth quarters of 2016.


New York-based designer Edése Doret designed the cabins. The VIP interior includes a private master bedroom, a fully equipped master bathroom as well as a large lounge area, and business and economy class areas. Both aircraft will seat 34 passengers.
