NBAA Leadership Conference To Focus on Engagement

NBAA’s annual Leadership Conference—to be held February 22 to 24 in San Antonio, Texas—will focus on the imperative for corporate flight departments to be fully engaged with the mission and needs of the companies and executives they support. The gathering also aims to foster stronger internal engagement with all flight department staff and to help prepare management to deal with the increasingly complex demands made of them. The conference will begin with NBAA’s Effective Leadership in Aviation course.

The main conference program is packed with experts in all aspects of business leadership. Among the speakers are Catamaran vice president Mike Rude, who will lead a discussion about how engaged dialog in your organization, both upstream and downstream, is vital. NBAA president Ed Bolen will address why engagement is a critical issue to the organization’s work in advancing a pro-business aviation legislative agenda.
