Content Body

Aviation insurance provider Global Aerospace has announced Community of Excellence, the latest improvements to its SM4 Safety program, which it has maintained since 2010. The company partnered with subject matter experts to update the program to provide easier access to its benefits, through three levels of service, starting with safety resources, which are free to the aviation industry.

The most significant change, according to Global Aerospace, is the availability of direct safety support services to its entire client base. Each client is now eligible for one complimentary direct service such as a safety culture survey from its industry partners per policy year. In addition, Vista Elite clients will also choose a level 3 direct service per year. The Global team will work with individual clients to review the offering choices.

“This release of Community of Excellence is part one of a two-year continuous improvement plan,” said Marilena Sharpell, Global’s senior vice president for underwriting and operations. “We are excited about this release and plans are well under way for the launch of part two in 2017.”
