FAA Approves World Aero as Part 145 Repair Station

Aircraft wheel and brake MRO World Aero has been granted FAA Part 145 repair station certification for its UK-based facility, which is convenient to London Gatwick, London Heathrow and London City Airports. The wheel and brake maintenance facility is now EASA/FAA dual-release certified, so operators, aircraft parts stockhouses, leasing companies and MROs with parts originating from or operating in the U.S. can now use World Aero for these repairs.

In operation since 1999, with MRO capabilities since 2008, World Aero provides aircraft wheel and brake component repair, overhaul, parts sales, parts exchange and inventory management for international aviation customers in both the commercial airline and corporate aircraft segments.
