Light jet broker jetAviva acquired Kansas City-based aircraft sales firm Kansas Aircraft (KAC) last week. “The combined strength and capacity of the two organizations will further support jetAviva’s positions in the pre-owned Cessna Citation and Embraer Executive Jets markets, as well as the turboprop and piston aircraft markets,” said jetAviva CEO Cyrus Sigari.
Following the transaction, KAC CEO Tim White was named a managing partner at jetAviva. Before buying KAC three years ago, he served as senior vice president of sales for the Americas at Cessna Aircraft. White also previously served in a senior sales executive role at Bombardier Business Aircraft.
Following the integration of Kansas Aircraft, Dianne White assumed the role of vice president of customer experience. She previously served as vice president of corporate communications at Cessna Aircraft, as well as the editor-in-chief of Twin & Turbine.
Dustin Cordier was named a managing partner at jetAviva and will be responsible for general management of the combined sales organizations. Before he joined jetAviva in November, Cordier served in executive sales roles at Cessna and Embraer Executive Jets.
