Constant Aviation's AOG division will provide 24-hour maintenance support at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport, Burke Lakefront Airport and Cuyahoga County Airport during the Republican National Convention in Cleveland from July 18 to 21. The facilities specialize in engine repair and composite services, as well as major repair and maintenance.
“It’s an exciting time for the city of Cleveland and we don’t want that excitement to be diminished by any aircrfat maintenance needs," said Constant Aviation vice president of AOG operations Paul Witt. "We have been carefully planning our service for the convention to accommodate guests and create a smooth operation for the air traffic coming in and out of Cleveland for the entire week.”
Dedicated hospitality areas will also be available for crews traveling to Cleveland during this period. Unlike Burke Lakefront Airport, both Cleveland Hopkins International Airport and Cuyahoga County Airport will avoid interruptions caused by the temporary flight restriction in place for the week because they are located outside of the 10-mile TSA security zone.
