Hawker Pacific Completes Aeromil Integration

Hawker Pacific has finalized its integration of Australian aviation services provider Aeromil Pacific, following its purchase last August. Starting next week, Aeromil Pacific, which offers aircraft sales, maintenance and charter, will be operating as a member of the Hawker Pacific Group. Added to the company’s portfolio are Cessna Aircraft sales, spares support and authorized Citation service centers, giving it access to the full range of Textron Aviation products, including Beechcraft and Bell Helicopters, under one banner.

“This is an exciting milestone that strengthens Hawker Pacific’s ability to capitalize on the substantial growth in aviation services in the region and cements Hawker Pacific as the leader in aviation solutions throughout Asia Pacific,” said company CEO Alan Smith.

As part of the integration process, Aeromil Pacific’s principal, Steve Padgett, joined Hawker Pacific as deputy chairman for its Australia division.
