Agrarflug Helilift, a member of the Bell Helicopter authorized customer service network, is working to strengthen its maintenance offerings for the Bell 212 and 412. The Germany-based company plans to expand its capabilities to include medium tailboom support for these two models.

"The addition of medium tailboom support will offer Bell Helicopter customers an enhanced maintenance service from a centralized location within Europe,” said Agrarflug CEO Dennis Beese. “Customers will experience improved turnover times, competitive prices and increased customer support solutions.” Agrarflug provides field maintenance for the Bell 204, 205, 206A/B 206L, 212 and 412. It also operates a fleet of more than 40 helicopters.

“We continue to build a robust aftermarket support plan to ensure our customers have the regional support needed to continue their operations,” said Glenn Isbell, Bell’s executive vice president of customer support and services. “This new capability will offer a needed solution for our European customers, and we have the utmost confidence in Agrarflug.”

The Textron subsidiary also announced it has enrolled its first Japanese operator, Seco International, onto its Customer Advantage Plan support program. It offers a fixed-cost-per-hour service option that provides predictable maintenance costs, priority access to parts and assemblies and ease of maintenance planning.
