Content Body

Falcon Aviation, which recently established an FBO at Dubai Al Maktoum International Airport, has become the latest service provider to adopt the FBO One management program by Amsterdam Software. In operation at nearly 150 FBOs worldwide, the software is used to handle more than 25,000 flights a month globally, and is officially supported and integrated with NetJets, Eurocontrol and FlightAware. It provides logistics enhancements across all front- and back-office operations from confirming an order to handling, payment, invoicing and booking.

According to the Netherlands-based designer, the system’s dashboard and search capabilities simplify its use and ease payment card processing and management reporting, allowing the FBO to provide a seamless and efficient service to its clients while reducing administrative tasks, freeing staff for enhanced customer service. Abu Dhabi-based Falcon’s main facility is Iocated at Al Bateen Executive Airport.
