Fractional ownership provider Executive AirShare last week opened its new operations center in Wichita, Kansas. Twenty-five employees will occupy the new facility, which encompasses 27,000 sq ft of hangar space (a 35 percent increase) and has 7,000 sq ft of adjoining offices at the city's Col. James Jabara Airport (AAO).

“This move allows us to facilitate Wichita customers with greater efficiency and service. Wichita, as our first home, will always be an important location for us. This demonstrates that commitment to the market,” commented Executive AirShare COO Harry Mitchel.

Executive AirShare’s fleet now comprises the Embraer Phenom 100 and 300, King Air 350i twin turboprop, Cessna Citation CJ2+ and Bombardier Learjet 45XR, offering ranges of between 1,000 and 2,000 nm.

The fleet also serves owners in the Kansas City metropolitan area, as well as in Tulsa and Oklahoma City, the Texas cities of Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Austin and San Antonio, and Buffalo in New York. Customers can choose fractional programs that are based on days, hours, specific aircraft and tax and depreciation benefits. Fixed costs include hangar rent, training services, insurance and pilot salaries.
