Bombardier Business Aircraft will again offer technical support for customers attending the Super Bowl this weekend in Houston. The manufacturer is staging field representatives in Houston for Sunday's game to make sure that operators of their business aircraft remain on time throughout the weekend and get any support they need.
To provide this extra level of support, the company will have three on-site field service representatives and two mobile response units run by two technicians in Houston this weekend. Bombardier said these mobile units house diagnostic tools to support Learjets, Globals and Challengers.
In additon, Bombardier's Learjet 45 customer response aircraft will be on standby in DuPage, Illinois, to complete quick shipments from the main parts hub in the Chicago area to Houston, if needed. AOG parts services will be available around the clock from Bombardier’s customer response center, while some parts will also be available from Bombardier's service center in Dallas.
