Trip-planning specialist Flightworx is launching a new client services department to help streamline the support it provides to aircraft operators. The UK-based company is consolidating services such as fuel pricing and release requests, visa arrangements and transportation bookings (including flights and hotels) under a new department led by Sara Nieddu. Additional support is provided by the company’s operations team, which is available on a 24/7 basis to provide flight planning, dispatch services, permit requests, slot coordination and ground handling arrangements.

Last year, Flightworx completed certification for the ISO 9001:2015 quality standards, which covers systems and processes for delivery service. The approval process for this certification prompted the company to create the new client services department.

“Our clients recognize us for our reliability and level of personal attention that takes the stress out of trip planning,” said managing director Andy Shaw. “The new client services team will ensure we continue to provide quality service and are able to tackle the unexpected, last-minute changes that occur with flying to keep our clients’ trips stress free.”
