Nebraska-based MRO provider Duncan Aviation’s component repair service is offering a guaranteed 14-day turnaround on repair and overhaul services through the end of July. Components will be processed and shipped back to customers within 14 days of receipt, or they will receive a $100 credit toward the cost of the invoice. Duncan cautions that parts for the repair must be available, and customers must approve their quotes within 24 hours for the offer to take effect.
Participating component shops within the company include: autopilot/flight-director systems; batteries; DME transceivers; electromechanical; electronics; gyros; horizontal situation indicators; navigation/communications systems; and radar systems.
While the components are in the shop, customers will have access to Duncan's online project management portal, where they can approve work and progress, as well as view return-to-service documentation when the job is completed. The company also has international component experts available 24/7/365 to arrange repairs and overhauls, as well as immediate exchanges, rotables and loaners.
