Abu Dhabi-based Falcon Aviation has established a service center for the Pilatus PC-12 at its Al Bateen Executive Airport hangar facility. Under the warranty services of the Swiss airframer, and with the backing of its exclusive Middle Eastern distributor AMAC Aerospace, the company will provide line and base maintenance, plus regional AOG support for the single-engine turboprop.
“We are very pleased to be supporting the increasingly popular PC-12, which is opening up an exciting new entry level for affordable charter here in the UAE and beyond,” said Nicolas Tejera, Falcon’s director of maintenance. “We will be supporting these aircraft with significant investment in parts and tooling and dedicated engineering team and technicians.”
The announcement also includes a partnership with local PC-12 operator GI Aviation. The new relationship with the charter provider extends to parking, handling and hangarage, not only at Al Bateen, but also at the new Falcon FBO at the VIP Dubai South terminal at Al Maktoum International Airport.
