Safran Helicopter Engines has launched an online technical publications service called Web IETP (Interactive Electronic Technical Publications). The service is available 24/7 on all PCs and tablets, via iOS, Windows and Android devices, through its customer portal.
Web IETP offers instant access to the latest versions of the company’s maintenance manuals, troubleshooting books, spare parts and tools catalogs and Service Bulletins. It also comes with an intuitive 3D graphic interface and enhanced functionalities such as advanced search, notes, a listing of all parts and tools needed to perform each task and new cart options.
In addition to the online tools and manuals, the Safran Helicopter Engines customer portal has been improved with a new customer-centric interface to improve navigation and a personalized dashboard to track an asset's repair process. A wide range of training courses can also be accessed via the portal and a new health monitoring solution will be launched in September.
