Global Jet Services, marking its 25th year of service to the business aviation community, reached a new agreement with TRU Simulation + Training, a Textron unit, forming a strategic partnership to expand maintenance training capabilities.

The new working partnership with TRU will increase options available to aviation technicians who are improving their knowledge, familiarity and skills for servicing Citation, Hawker, King Air and Premier aircraft, Global Jet Services said. The company already is a factory-recognized technical training provider for Textron Aviation customers, employees and affiliates.

Headquartered in Goose Creek, South Carolina, Global Jet Services t is known for employing high-fidelity devices across a wide range of training services for pilots and maintenance technicians, as well as military customers. The company said its access to more than 200 total years of Textron Aviation product expertise among its staff will further strengthen TRU Simulation's commitment to technical support, customer service and customized training solutions.

The new agreement with TRU Simulation + Training is nothing new for the company, according to founder and President J.D. McHenry. “We have also made strategic partnerships and agreements that have helped accelerate our growth, especially over recent years,” he said.

Looking back on the previous 25 years, McHenry added, “In the end, it is ultimately the business aviation customers whom we wish to thank and appreciate the most.”

Global Jet Services (Booth N5711) said it has enjoyed sustained growth over those 25 years by providing superior classroom experiences and acquiring the leading talents in fields including avionics, airframe maintenance, courseware development and quality control.
