Constant Aviation has completed its fourth 7,500-cycle inspection of a Bombardier Challenger 300, the company announced this week. The midlife inspection requires more than 8,000 man hours, since it is one of the most comprehensive inspections the Challenger 300 can receive.

To date, Constant Aviation has completed four of the five inspections required for this model family. Introduced in 2004, the Challenger 300 fleet is just beginning to receive these inspections, it said.

“Actions speak louder than words,” said Stephen Maiden, the president and CEO of Cleveland-based Constant Aviation. “Having delivered four consecutive discrepancy-free midlife inspections, it is clear that we are leaders in Challenger 300 maintenance. The dedication, expertise and accomplishments showcased by our team demonstrate our proficiency and continue to raise the bar in what customers should expect in their maintenance, repair and overhaul experience.”

The company has five service centers and 21 AOG locations in the U.S. Its newest service center—in Mesa, Arizona—had a soft opening in early October, with an official grand opening scheduled for November 8.
