Piper Names Distributor for Bolivia and Peru

Piper Aircraft has named aircraft broker/dealer Aviation Marketing Group (AMG) its exclusive distributor for Bolivia and Peru.

“AMG has more than 40 years of experience focused in the Latin American market and as such has established longstanding business relationships, as well as a network of contacts to which it can promote Piper products,” said Ron Gunnarson, the Florida-based airframer’s vice president of sales, marketing, and customer support. “The company’s reputation and knowledgeable personnel will provide a strong foundation for growing new Piper airplane sales in this important region.”

Following the signing of the agreement, AMG ordered an M350, which will be delivered in the first quarter of next year.

“This agreement provides AMG with the opportunity to communicate the benefits of Piper’s wide range of products directly to our aircraft owners and prospects in Peru and Bolivia,” explained AMG president Andrew Damiano. “As an example, we are looking forward to introducing the Piper M350 to the market through a demonstration tour beginning in the first quarter of 2019.”
