Web Manuals Upgrades App

Web Manuals (Booth 1995) has upgraded its app with the same functionality of its web browser, adding a dark mode for better cockpit viewing at night, as well as zooming and background removal functionality for clearer reading of manuals. 

Users can see which documents are on each aircraft, in addition to their revision and if they have been read by the intended recipients. Administrators can push time-sensitive amendments and operationally critical documents onto either all or select devices and see who has downloaded the most urgent files. 

The app is currently in beta testing and the first version is expected to launch in the fourth quarter. Features such as the reviewer element, intuitive reading, rotate view buttons, easier page switch buttons, and navigation breadcrumbs will be added next year, the company said.
