Software services firm MySky (Booth S105) is introducing at EBACE the newest addition to its suite of business aviation-focused revenue management tools. Called MySky Procure, the suite is designed to assist charter providers throughout the procurement process, from price quoting through booking to payment.

The module “gives customers complete visibility over all contracted and uncontracted suppliers associated with charter and flight services, including fuel, airport services, and flight and ground handling,” said MySky co-founder Christopher Marich. “It allows them to choose and easily compare market rates, and buy services more intelligently, while optimizing the financial processes.

“The main initial function of the tool is to optimize contracts with fuel suppliers, flight handlers, and others, ensuring that charter providers get their best rates and the agreed upon pricing,” he added.

My Sky is also introducing in Geneva updates to MySky Quote, its automated charter quoting tool; and MySky Spend, which handles tasks including invoicing, reporting analysis, and verification. The company is demoing the new and updated products, along with modules including its tax and budgeting tools, at its Palexpo display.

“Our idea is to connect more and more stakeholders to the MySky ecosystem, in order to bring more transparency and more efficiency to all industry stakeholders,” Marich said.

The solutions are marketed on a "software as a service" subscription model, with a monthly fee per aircraft and the cost pegged to the number of MySky modules customers use.

“We have customers that only use our quoting tools, and some customers only use our spend management tools,” Marich said. “But obviously, the more you combine those products, the more you can benefit from cross-functionalities.”

Some 800 aircraft, ranging from PC-12 turboprops to executive airliners, are under subscription, according to the company. Last year, MySky moved its headquarters from Switzerland to Dubai in the UAE. Said Marich, “That gives us access to a whole new region where we're now expanding.”
