AEG Fuels will expand its recently introduced AEG Connect branded dealer network with the addition of the soon-to-open Aero Center Tallahassee. The $13 million Florida location will be the seventh FBO in the rapidly growing Aero Center chain, as well as the second service provider at Tallahassee International Airport (KTLH) when it opens next month.
While a new 15,000-sq-ft, two-story terminal is under construction with scheduled completion in the third quarter of 2024, the company will temporarily occupy the airport's old terminal building and offer passenger and pilot lounges, snooze room, shower facilities, flight-planning area, business center, conference room, rampside vehicle access, and crew cars. It will initially offer 34,000 sq ft of hangar space, with a new 24,000-sq-ft hangar capable of sheltering the latest ultra-long-range business jets to be added at the end of next year.
“We are honored to be a part of the AEG Connect Network, said Aero Center president and COO Jeremy Epperson, adding his company’s core values align with those of AEG. “We are committed to world-class service, operational excellence, and safety.”
AEG’s fledgling group of FBOs now encompasses more than a dozen locations in the U.S., Caribbean, and Brazil. Each has committed to undergoing periodic audits to ensure established quality standards.
“The AEG Connect Network is a group of FBOs carefully selected for their unparalleled service, operational excellence, and competitive pricing,” explained AEG CEO Chris Clementi. “Each location has its unique ambiance and regional flavor, but all network FBOs adhere to the same level of superior service and operational excellence.”
