NATA CS has consolidated its position in aviation compliance, safety, and security services with the acquisition of Soar SMS, a technology-centric player in the aviation safety management sector. Using AI and automation, Soar’s system streamlines safety checks, identifies risks in real-time, and proactively recommends safety measures, allowing operators to better meet regulatory safety standards.
According to NATA CS ("CS" stands for "compliance services"), the integration of Soar’s platform with NATA CS’ identity management and security systems “will bring unprecedented levels of automation, AI-driven decision making, and proactive risk management to aviation operators.” It will provide real-time identity management, predictive safety oversight, and comprehensive regulatory compliance for industry stakeholders— including airports, cargo, charter, and ground services—with a single interface that simplifies processes and improves efficiency.
“The acquisition of Soar SMS represents a significant leap forward for NATA CS and the aviation industry,” said NATA CS CEO Jiri Marousek. “Together, we’re building a platform that not only meets today’s challenges but anticipates tomorrow’s, offering unparalleled efficiency, safety, and security.”
