SkyShare reported its best-ever three-month performance with a 35% increase in air charter services and strong demand for its SFX-12 and SFX-Jet fractional programs in the fourth quarter. The company also reported its largest single brokerage transaction and best December performance in history.

It attributes the achievement to a recovery in fractional product sales, which returned to levels seen before the pandemic, as well as strong performance across charter and brokerage services. SkyShare’s expansion continues with the addition of a Gulfstream G450, which is based in Las Vegas and now available for charter.

“We are thrilled to celebrate our record-breaking fourth quarter and the successful performance of our fractional programs,” said founder and CEO Cory Bengtzen. “The performance we saw last quarter reflects our dedication to providing diverse and innovative solutions for our clients.”

SkyShare, which operates its fractional aircraft under Part 91K rules, reported several strategies for growth throughout 2024. This included lowering fractional payments and monthly fees in May, reducing rates for PC-12 fractional owners in October, and offering sellers use of its fractional fleet last November. Its fractional jet fleet includes Cessna Citation CJ2s and Excels, as well as Gulfstream G200s.
