Jet Access has added another business to its portfolio with the creation of a platform for independent brokers.
Content Body

Jet Access has rolled out a broker alliance platform for independent aircraft charter brokers who are seeking growth but who may not have the resources to build or manage their own back-end operations. The Broker Alliance platform leverages Jet Access’ infrastructure and technology, it said, adding that the aviation services provider is integrating AI into the technology.

The platform is similar to models used in real estate, insurance, and financial services, Jet Access noted. Participating brokers will have access to the Jet Access fleet, its FBOs and private terminals, maintenance and operational support, medical benefits, technology support, billing and other accounting support, and marketing/branding resources. Brokers using the platform will retain between 70% and 90% of their commissions, which Jet Access said is significantly higher than the industry average.

“Independent charter brokers often face challenges scaling their businesses due to high infrastructure costs and a lack of fleet or brand recognition,” said Darryn Mackenzie, executive v-p of Broker Alliance. “The Jet Access Broker Alliance changes that. We provide brokers with the tools, technology, and support they need to grow, while freeing up their time in this demanding, 24/7 industry. Our goal is to enable brokers to focus on what they do best, selling and building relationships, rather than being weighed down by operational complexities.”

Jet Access said it has signed on its first group of brokers.
