Leon Software has introduced a Marketplace module that allows charter aircraft operators and brokers to buy and sell flights directly via its cloud-based portal. The Poland-based business aviation platform provider introduced the feature on Monday, saying it will be directly connected to the software’s core scheduling and operations functions.
For now, the transactions tool, which is part of Leon’s existing Sales module, does not support billing and payments for flights. Through the end of 2026, Leon customers will be able to use Marketplace for free.
The new module allows users to offer and search for available flights, including empty legs, in a network consisting of other Leon customers without leaving their day-to-day workflow by switching to other software. They can respond to requests and manage quotes through the same interface used for flight operations and scheduling.
Operators can define which other system users they want to see their available flights and booking offers, and can also filter options by aircraft type or search by tail using the Wingman AI chat assistant. According to Leon, passenger data can be securely transferred via the platform.
In the future, Leon intends to integrate the new sales feature with other software used by operators and brokers. Users can interact via the portal’s messaging function. The company, which was founded in 2007, said the workload for charter flight providers will be reduced and the module will deliver faster and more transparent quotes for trips.
“With Leon Marketplace, we’re turning Leon into a truly connected commercial hub for business aviation,” said Paweł Kruk, the company’s CEO. “Our customers already rely on Leon to manage their fleets, crew, sales, and operations. Now they can also discover demand and monetize their capacity in real time, directly from the same system.”
