Raytheon, Pannesma Team on Saudi Arabian Joint Venture

Raytheon and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia-based Pannesma have agreed to form a joint venture in the Middle Eastern country to support their command, control, communications, computer and intelligence (C4I) defense businesses.

The joint venture agreement, signed here at the Farnborough International airshow, reconfirms the two companies’ 20 years of cooperation and underscores Raytheon’s commitment to support and expand Saudi Arabia’s industrial, educational and technology bases.

When fully established later this year, the joint venture will provide more capable and reliable C4I systems for the defense needs of the Middle East country.
