Content Body

Inzpire has unveiled a method to deliver tactical multi-domain operational (MDO) training. The development adds to a portfolio of training and technical services offered by the British company.

It already performs deployable simulator training from portable ruggedized cases, branded as Compact Agile Simulation Equipment (CASE). The company offers courses for UAS controllers, joint terminal attack controllers, and ISR analysts are offered. “Now we have integrated some high-fidelity commercial off-the-shelf training—ASCOT 7 by Plexsys—to pursue MDO training in the synthetic environment,” said Dan Simmons, head of collective training services. “We are all former military personnel from across the domains,” he said. Therefore Inzpire can devise realistic operational scenarios, he added.

The company started in 2005 and now employs 250 people. It has an annual turnover of £25 million ($30 million), derived from a wide range of activities, including classroom and flying training and technical advice. In 2018, Inzpire was appointed as an independent auditor of the RAF’s Lockheed Martin F-35B delivery program. “We provided an honest, objective, and candid assessment,” the company says.
