Rep. Pompeo Launches America Flies Campaign

Rep. Mike Pompeo (R-Kan.) launched a campaign called “America Flies” to highlight the importance of general aviation in the U.S. The website also includes a petition that visitors can sign that urges President Obama to stop his “destruction of the aviation industry,” specifically the Commander-in-Chief’s repeated demonization of “corporate jets” and advocacy of aviation user fees. Visitors can also share their stories about how general aviation has positively affected them and/or their communities.
