Quality Aviation Instruments recently rebranded as QAI Aerospace (Booth 7103). As an EASA-certified FAA Part 145 repair station, the company changed its named to reflect its various worldwide services for avionics, accessories and instrumentation.
Last year, QAI relocated its headquarters to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The 15,000-sq-ft facility features a clean-room instrument shop, as well as individual shops for avionics, accessories and more.
“The expansion into our new facility has allowed us to diversify the services we offer to our customers,” QAI president Robert Sieber said. “For 20 years, we have been providing quality support to the rotorcraft, air transport and military markets.”
Besides its Pittsburgh facility, QAI also has a joint venture with Gulf Helicopters in Doha, Qatar. The company supports customers in approximately 100 countries around the world.
