East/West Industries (Booth 3202, Static 75) is partnering with German aerospace company Autoflug to market each other’s products in their respective domestic markets. East/West designs and manufactures lifesaving equipment for aircraft, while Autoflug provides safety products and services for the civil and military aviation segments in Europe.
In July, East/West announced that it had received approval to begin full-rate production on their enhanced emergency oxygen system from the U.S. Navy’s aircrew systems program office. The system provides for up to an additional 45 minutes of oxygen supply over the legacy system.
Additionally, East/West recently broke ground on an expansion of its current facility in Ronkonkoma, New York, that will double its manufacturing space.
