Aircraft buyers who want to take the next step to evaluate a potential purchase can now access Crewchief Intelligence when viewing a for-sale listing on the Trade-A-Plane platform. Visitors to EAA AirVenture Oshkosh can view a demonstration of Crewchief Intelligence at the company’s exhibit.
Crewchief Intelligence consolidates all of the aircraft’s digital records, including airframe, engine, and component maintenance documentation and regulatory compliance history. Having all of this information in one easy-to-access location “streamlines the pre-purchase process, thereby increasing the value of the seller's listing and giving both parties greater peace of mind throughout the sales process,” according to Crewchief Systems.
Access to these records also helps buyers assess the maintenance history and how well the aircraft has been maintained before deciding whether to move forward with the purchase process. This also benefits sellers, the company said, enhancing the value of the aircraft and making it more attractive to buyers.
“Crewchief Systems and Trade-A-Plane aim to elevate industry standards by bringing transparency and accountability to the aircraft sales process from the very beginning,” said founder and CEO Aaron de Zafra. “Crewchief Intelligence lays the foundation for trusted, data-driven analysis of aircraft records and compliance history.”
