Flying at the 2026 Singapore Airshow, the August 1st Aerobatic Team (also known as the Bayi Aerobatic Team) is the flight demonstration unit of the People's Liberation Army Air Force. Established on February 12, 1962, the team is named after the founding date of the PLA (August 1, 1927) and is based at Yangcun Air Force Base near Tianjin. The unit currently operates the Chengdu J-10C, which is making its airshow debut here in Singapore.
