Learning To Fly Helicopters in the Guimbal Cabri G2

AIN’s editor-in-chief Matt Thurber recently completed his commercial rotorcraft add-on rating at FAA Part 141 training provider Pureflight Aviation Training at Chehalem Airpark in Oregon. The Guimbal Cabri G2 helicopter he flew during the training shares similarities with Airbus helicopters, which makes it a good gateway to flying larger helicopters.
