Aerometals Completes Filter Maker Purchase

California-based aircraft parts manufacturer Aerometals has completed its purchase of all shares of FDC/aerofilters. It will thus incorporate the company entirely under its name in a transition promised to be seamless, as the two companies had previously displayed together at industry tradeshows for years. For customers making filter purchases, the part numbers will remain the same and all operations, including manufacturing, will remain in El Dorado Hills, just outside Sacramento, according to the company.
