U.S. Centers Taking On More Airbus Bizliners

Landmark Aviation’s Associated Air Center delivered its seventh Airbus Corporate Jetliner last month and has contracts for three more. Its total of 12 ACJ cabin completion orders makes Associated the preeminent ACJ interiors shop in the U.S., but it is not the only one.

Airbus recently approved Gore Design Completions of San Antonio to outfit the entire ACJ line–the A318 Elite, the A319 Corporate Jetliner and the A320 Prestige–and Gore is currently bidding on “two or three more projects.”

Meanwhile, outside the U.S., Airbus has delivered the first A318 Elite to Lufthansa Technik of Hamburg, Germany, for outfitting. The airplane will be finished with an executive interior and delivered early this year to Zurich-based charter operator and launch customer Comlux.
