Phoenix Sky Harbor FBO moves into new facility

Swift Aviation at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport moved into its new facility on the airport’s southwest side last month and is currently providing a full range of FBO services. The 21-acre complex features a 31,500-sq-ft canopy, with a roof high enough to fully shelter a Global Express. Three adjoining hangar buildings have a total of 83,320 sq ft for aircraft storage and 13,260 sq ft of office space. The new facility quadruples the aircraft maintenance space available in Swift’s previous quarters. A two-story, 18,654-sq-ft terminal includes a passenger lounge, flight-planning room and a full-time concierge. Swift Aviation will host a public grand opening event April 22.
