Cessna Caravan Oasis Interior Makes UK Debut

As part of an alliance with interiors specialist Yingling Aviation of Wichita, Cessna began offering the Oasis executive cabin interior for its Cessna 208 Caravan in October. The program has already produced 10 Oasis-cabin Caravans, and in May the company delivered the first of two aircraft to be registered in the UK. According to Angie Jackson, interior design manager at Yingling, “We expected to deliver 12 Oasis airplanes this year, but we already have firm orders for 13. And now we anticipate doing 16 of them.” The interior can be installed in as little as two weeks. The price tag starts at about $131,000 for the cabin in its most basic configuration, but cabins delivered to date are more typically in the $160,000 range.
