The Phoenix Aviation Group has acquired Jet Aviation Services (JAS). Phoenix president and CEO Paul Alonzo said, “JAS is a small but strongly profitable company located at Bob Hope Airport in Burbank, California. It holds an unlimited airframe license, which is extremely difficult to get in the best of times.”

Alonzo said the company acquired 80 percent ownership of JAS in a cash transaction under the terms of which current operating partner Dave Heredia has agreed to stay in the position of president and COO.
