Ocean Aire is offering space in its new 20,000-sq-ft hangar at R.J. Miller
Airpark in Tom’s River, N.J. The Avfuel-branded FBO offers an alternative for tenants seeking hangar space close to the New York City metropolitan area but at greatly reduced rates. “We have plenty of space here,” said Tim Boyd, Ocean Aire co-owner, “and plenty of land to build additional hangars.” Another advantage of the airport, which has a 6,000-foot runway, is that traffic is controlled by McGuire AFB and not New York Tracon, he added, “so we have few problems with delays.” Ocean Aire offers maintenance and avionics work in addition to its FBO services.
