Atlantic Aviation Sells Off Charter, Maintenance

After providing corporate jet charter, maintenance, management and brokerage for more than 30 years, Atlantic Aviation Flight Services was sold last month to Voyager Group, a holding company whose properties include Yellowstone Jet Center in Bozeman, Mont., and Voyager Jet Center in West Mifflin, Pa. The name of the business and its current bases will be retained by Voyager, but there will be no further affiliation with Atlantic and its FBO chain. Scott Galdi and Christine Amos, both previously with Los Angeles-based management/charter firm The Air Group, have been named president and executive v-p, respectively, of the new Atlantic Aviation Flight Services.
