Falcon Gets ‘Intelligent’ Water Treatment

International Water-Guard (IWG) has announced the first delivery of its new IWG-A4 “intelligent” water treatment unit. It will be installed in a Dassault Falcon at Teterboro, N.J. Lighter than the earlier water treatment units, the IWG-A4 is equipped with enhanced self-monitoring capability that ensures adequate ultraviolet light to disinfect the aircraft water supply. At the same time, it scans for a range of fault conditions that can be reported to a cabin management system through standard industry data protocols.
