Sunborne adds APA leasehold

Airport property development company SunBorne signed a long-term lease with Arapahoe County Public Airport Authority for another 69 acres adjoining SunBorne’s existing 56-acre leasehold at Centennial Airport in Englewood, Colo. SunBorne’s Centennial InterPort now encompasses 125 acres, and the company is working with prospective clients on projects for the second phase of development. First-phase projects under way include a 36,000-sq-ft office/hangar facility, construction of which is scheduled to start this month, and two 25,000-sq-ft hangars. SunBorne plans to build an FBO, too, and approval to go ahead with that project was expected late last month.
