Falcon Jet Appoints Model-specific Service Reps

With the aim of facilitating “quicker technical solutions and reduced aircraft downtime,” Dassault Falcon Jet has designated its field service representatives to be “model specialists.” This means they will demonstrate “particular proficiency in two models specifically, and general working knowledge of the rest of the Falcon family,” according to the company. Dassault Falcon Jet is also in the process of appointing customer service managers (CSMs) intended to be “customer advocates.” The company said CSMs will be “responsible for developing and maintaining service-based relationships with all points of contact within a customer’s organization.”
