The company has been trying to sell most of its U.S. Amports businesses since last September because they don’t fit with its core business of operating seaports. AvCenters are in operation at Burlington, Vt.; Biloxi, Miss.; Pittsburgh; Louisville, Ky.; and New Castle, Del. Amports also manages Republic Airport in Farmingdale, N.Y.; Westchester County Airport in White Plains, N.Y.; Atlantic City Airport in New Jersey; Tweed-New Haven Airport in Connecticut; and the 34th Street Heliport in New York City.
