To more closely reflect its primary customer base of business aviation, the city of Dallas is changing the name of Redbird Airport to Dallas Executive Airport, effective May 1. Business aircraft are now served by two FBOs–Dallas Air Services and Jet Center. A third FBO, to be operated by Cutter Aviation, is scheduled to open next month.
