Signature acquisition of fuel company finalized

Some seven months after Signature Flight Support reached an agreement to acquire Ranger Aerospace and Ranger’s Aircraft Service International Group (ASIG), the deal has been completed. Culmination of the sale now means that Signature Flight Support’s airline fueling and handling operations represent half of the company’s business. Previously, Signature acquired just a third of its revenues from airlines and two-thirds from general aviation.
