The former Valet Air Services at Burlington (Vt.) International Airport (BTV) has been acquired by Amports and renamed FBO AvCenter Burlington. It joins four other FBO AvCenters around the country. Amport executive v-p Clive Lowe told AIN there are no management or service changes planned at the Burlington FBO, but there will soon be some “minor upgrades” to facilities. Amports, based in Baltimore, Md., also operates New York’s East 34th Street Heliport.
