Bomhoff, Nordam spin off interior supply firm

The Nordam Group and Bomhoff, two leading suppliers of business aircraft interior components, have agreed to form a new business entity, Bomhoff Nordam LLC. The new company will be “co-owned by Nordam and Bomhoff” and will focus on providing cabinetry and integrated interior components. The deal brings together the resources of Bomhoff, a supplier of composite cabinetry, and Nordam, a specialist in composite panel technology and production, as well as cabinetry and interior shell construction. Bomhoff has facilities in Tucson, Ariz., Wichita, Montreal and Seattle. Nordam Group, which is headquartered in Tulsa, Okla., has plants in Fort Worth, Singapore and the UK. A president of the new company has yet to be named.
