Gore Design Picked for Green BBJ Completion

Few segments of the completion and refurbishment industry are as busy as that of narrowbody and widebody cabin finish work, and Gore Design Completions (Booth No. 2289) is rapidly filling its interiors dance card.

The San Antonio, Texas-based company recently added to its schedule with a green BBJ3 due to arrive in 2010. It will be Gore’s first BBJ3 project. The airplane, owned by a Middle East customer, is expected to roll out, ready for delivery, in “just under a year.” Final design plans for the executive/VIP cabin call for a stateroom with lavatory, a lounge area, a media room and a staff seating area. In-flight satellite television will be available throughout the aircraft, along with high-definition plasma monitors. A fully digital entertainment system will be installed in the media room.
